1. Perishable Items Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on perishable items. However, we are committed to addressing any issues with your order.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item(s).
  • Missing Items: If part of your order is missing.
  • Quality Issues: If there is a verified issue with the product’s quality.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Submit a request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the product(s) in question and the packaging, including the shipping label.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipping/delivery date.
  • Custom or special orders are non-cancellable after confirmation.

5. Exceptions

  • Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue or error on our part.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders where delivery was unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
